Project: 2,720 SF tenant finish of the new law school building’s top floor executive boardroom, kitchen, restrooms, and staff lounge. High level wood and stone finishes were used throughout the space. Every room enjoys high ceilings and expansive views of the downtown and metro San Diego area and each has access to terraces that feature exotic plants and finishes. Two primary features of the executive boardroom include a granite conference table measuring 9’6” x 34’6” placed underneath a walnut ceiling feature that resembles the hull of a ship.
