Project: Mixed use, modern design development with high end interior and exterior finishes consisting of 4 residential and 4 commercial condominium units on a 9,000 SF lot. The building consists of 2 stories of wood framing over a post tensioned subterranean garage for 14 vehicles. The gross area of finished spaces add to 27,000 SF, which includes 17,000 SF on floors 1 and 2, including the courtyard, 1,500 SF residential garages, 1,400 SF decks, plus the subterranean garage at 7,100 SF. All storm water runoff for the property is filtered by flow-through planters into a 140’x 5’(w) x 6’(h) precast StormTrap containment box underneath the subterranean garage with the filtered water pumped out slowly through a 1” sump discharge point in the curb to minimize surge on the municipal storm drain system.
