Project: Campus landmark building housing the SDSU mascot sculpture “Monty Montezuma” and facility for introducing and orientating prospective students. Structure consists of a 42’ x 42’ skylight retrofitted into the existing Student Services building including a structural steel building shell, glass storefront system, 2’x2’ slate flooring, and tenant improvements (1,000 SF) for administrative offices. Contract awarded on competitive design build proposal for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design.
