Project: New ground up construction of an undeveloped 10,625 SF lot in the Granite Hills neighborhood of El Cajon. The single story custom home covers 2,800 SF with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The property was further developed with a 1,080 SF detached garage, pool and spa, and patio area partially covered by a 65’ long veranda. The 14:12 pitched roof lines resulted in voluminous living spaces throughout and are connected to the rear outdoor living spaces with AG Millwork folding doors.
