Project: Complete interior and exterior remodel to transform a dated, wood finished beach house into a coastal modern AirBNB rental. Most of the original layout, windows, and wood finishes were retained. The most substantial changes included the addition of a bedroom and bath into the existing footprint, then complete remodeling of the bathrooms, kitchen, exterior living spaces and landscaping, audio-video systems, solar array with 2 Telsa PowerWalls, and finished with new roofing and paint.
