Project: 18 unit urban infill apartment project in the heart of North Park. The project consists of an on-grade parking garage for 12 cars with 4 levels of wood framing over the podium with 23,530 SF of constructed structure on a 7,000 SF (50’x140’) lot. Multiple products enhanced the exterior finishes including Woodtone siding, composite metal panels, corrugated metal wall panels, plaster, steel guardrails and steel window awnings.
