Property statistics include 132,000 SF of parking garage area for 332 spaces, 5,100 SF of street level retail, 7,600 SF of common area and amenity space, and 197,000 SF of living space for a total gross building area of 396,000 SF. Amenity spaces include a tropical pool area, bar / lounge, gym / fitness center, maker’s spaces, outdoor kitchen with city views, and Basile Studio design-build management office.
