Project Manager / Estimator

Minimum requirements include 5 years’ experience as a commercial construction project manager with supporting experience as a project engineer and estimator. A 4 year college degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration is required.

Candidates must have technical construction knowledge and exhibit strong skills in leadership, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiations, and Client relations.
