Project: 4 story private college dormitory over 2 levels of underground parking on the edge of campus at San Diego State University. The 100,000 SF building includes 287 living units, 384 private bedrooms in every unit, and 191 parking spaces (71,000 SF). Amenities include a full service commercial kitchen and dining facility, game room, theater room, study rooms, commercial laundry facility, business center, and courtyard patios. High level security is provided by multi-level card access and security cameras at all public access locations. The LEED Silver building includes a 24 kW solar array and ClearEdge Energy Fuel Cells.
