Project: 37 unit, 106,500 SF condominium development including 2,600 SF of retail space covering 6 stories above ground (62,000 SF) and 2 levels of subterranean parking (44,500 SF). The project includes the reconstruction of a historical façade in a contemporary art deco style featuring sandstone, composite metal panels, metal deco architectural features, plaster, and glass block. Living units feature 19 custom, 1 to 3 level floor plans with gourmet kitchens, high-end quality cabinetry and finishes, and expansive view decks. Sitework preparation involved a Government monitored remediation of 7,500 CY of contaminated material and storage tanks and the installation of 15,000 SF of shoring.
