Minimum requirements include 10 years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent on projects valued over $7M and certification for CPR, first aid, OSHA 40 hour training, Best Management Practices (SWPPP), forklift and crane operation, and competent person certifications for fall protection and open excavations.

Candidates must have technical construction knowledge and exhibit strong skills with subcontractor management, contracts, safety meetings, daily and safety reporting, quality control, material purchasing and procurement, labor production management, paperwork, scheduling, and budgets.
